Frank Halford (Former Staff 1959 - 1991)

We are deeply saddened to inform our community of the passing of Frank Halford. Frank served as a dedicated teacher for a number of years, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him.

Lord Guy Black has shared the following words in memory of Frank:

Frank was part of that golden generation of teachers who dedicated almost all their working lives to our School.

Generations of pupils who studied at the Prep - including me - have great cause to be so very thankful to Frank for his kindness, leadership and erudition - and for giving us a great start in life.

He absolutely embodied those values we hold so dear - virtue, learning and manners. He loved our School, and we loved him. Brentwood has lost one of its most true and faithful servants - and many of us have lost a wonderful friend, whose company lit up our lives.

We send our heartfelt condolences to Lacey and all his family. Rest in peace, Frank - and thank you for everything.
