For Lazar Markovic, university came first: Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Nottingham. Since graduating, he has taken his career in a new direction and now works as an Associate Recruitment Consultant at Hyper Recruitment Solutions.
A particularly proud achievement since leaving school has been personal as well as professional: "I've become a DJ on top of everything that I've achieved."
Lazar reflects that "Sixth Form really shaped me into the hardworking person I am today, both professionally and personally."
For current students preparing for the next step, his advice is to "keep in touch with people and remember, everything that happens was meant to happen."
