Whether you were able to join us at our recent alumni gathering or missed out on the catch-up, there is no better time to reconnect with your school days.

Over the past 18 months, the Brentwood School Social Archive has grown substantially thanks to Old Brentwoods sharing their own photos, recordings, and memorabilia.

Newly Digitized Audio & Video

We are preserving rare recordings before they fade! You can now watch or listen to clips including:

- A Day in the Life of a Brentwood Boarder, c1957

- Excerpts from an audio recording of Gaudeamus, 1965

- Excerpts from an audio recording of "Memories of the Prep" (souvenir for Mr Allison on his retirement) which includes "A Day at the Prep".

- Interviews with Dr Brice: excerpts from a radio interview in 1989 and a camcorder video c1987.

- Videos of the visit by Queen Elizabeth II in 1957, by the Earl and Countess of Wessex in 2002; and Princess Anne's use of the school playing fields for her helicopter in 2012

- Excerpts from the video "Inside Information" produced for new Year 7s in 2002

The Brentwoodian Online

Every issue from our very first edition in 1891 through to 1979 is now fully scanned and available to browse online.

Winter Theatricals Programmes

Production programmes from 1950 to 1999 are now arranged in decade galleries.

Help Us Fill the Gaps!

While our Prep School and CCF photo collections are thriving, we are facing a bit of a 1980s blind spot!

Whether you attended during that decade or simply have memorabilia tucked away in an attic or album, we would love your help sourcing:

  • 1980s photographs of school life, events, or trips.
  • Winter Theatricals programmes from the 1980s (we currently have none!), as well as specific missing years: 1968–69, 1971, 1973–74, 1978–79, 1990, and 1993–94.
  • Other event programmes, including Pedagogues, Praepostors, Junior School, and Middle School productions.

If you have photos or programmes you can scan or share, please drop us a comment below, send us a message, or upload them directly to the platform.

Thank you for being such a vital part of our Old Brentwood community!
